New Product Line Extensions

In the past few months InfraReady has seen dramatic interested in the malt based ingredients. InfraReady has been working with malted grains since 1999. InfraReady purchases malted cereal grains from Cargill’s Prairie Malt facility in Biggar Saskatchewan as well as imported specialty malts from Cargill Specialty Malt. InfraReady adds value to these products by deactiviting enzymatic activity and grinding to produce malt based ingredients for the food industry. InfraReady has a variety of malt based ingredients within its product line including: Low Diastatic Malt Flour, Carmel Malt Flour, Dark (chocolate) Malt Flour and Malted Wheat Flakes. These products are sold as individual products or included within one of our unique bakery mix blends. Marketing Success at Natural Products Expo Organic Tent
This spring, InfraReady had the opportunity to exhibit for the first time in the Organic tent preceeding the Natural Products Expo (NPE) with the assistance of STEP and CARDS. The NPE provided another great opportunity to meet with many of our existing customers as well as help develop new business relationships. InfraReady Maintains its Commitment to Quality
The annual food safety and sanitation audit performed by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) in December produced an EXCELLENT rating with this highly acclaimed association. Additionally, the list of Kosher products has been extended to encompass the entire product line. In February 2003, InfraReady staff completed our OCIA audit for another year. These certifications ensure InfraReady’s commitment in providing consistently high quality ingredient for our customers.

Marketing Success at SIAL Montreal
This spring, InfraReady exhibited in the SIAL Montreal international food show. SIAL provided an opportunity to meet with some of our existing customers as well as help develop new business relationships on an internationals level.
