Are your products Ready-to-Eat (RTE)?

Our products are not considered Ready-to-eat (RTE) and require further processing prior to consumption.

What certifications does InfraReady Products hold?

We are BRCGS, Organic, Kosher and Halal certified. We also hold a Safe Food for Canadians Act Licence.

Is your infrared process a validated kill step?

No, the infrared heat treatment is not a validated kill step. It does however aid in microbial reduction.

Can you customize products for your customers?

Yes, we can work with you to customize a product that will work with your application.

Do you provide samples of your products?

We are happy to provide small samples at no cost, but we ask that you pay for the shipping charges.

What are the allergens present in your facility?

Gluten, sesame (some lines), sulphites (<10ppm). We do offer allergen-free processing on customer request.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are happy to work with customers around the globe! We work closely with Spectrum Ingredients who carries and distributes our products throughout southeast Asia.

What is your average lead time?

We are a made-to-order facility and have very few items readily available at all times. Average lead time varies depending on the availability of the raw materials and the specific requirements unique to each customer. Making our products to order per customer ensures they get the freshest ingredients with the longest shelf life.
